ISH Company Launches Revolutionary Plant-Based Salmon Burgers

Vegan nnimal lovers rejoice: sustainable, delicious, and nutritious alternative to traditional salmon

Vegan animal lovers who miss the taste of fish can rejoice with the launch of The ISH Company's newest product: Salmonish burgers. The plant-based salmon burgers join the company's flagship products, Shrimpish and Shrimpish Crumbles, and are made with 100% vegan ingredients, including kelp. Not only are the burgers delicious, but they're also sustainable and climate-conscious.

Salmonish burger released by Nordic company ISH.

“The plant-based seafood market is primed for exponential growth, and given the popularity of salmon, we have a great opportunity to help consumers make both delicious and more mindful food choices," said Christie Fleming, President, and COO of The ISH Company.

The launch of Salmonish burgers comes after The ISH Company's successful $5 million seed funding round in January, led by ACCELR8 and featuring participation from Stray Dog Capital and multiple angel investors. With the funds, The ISH Company is continuing to develop innovative and sustainable products, including crab, lobster, and cod alternatives.

Salmon is the second most-consumed seafood in the United States after shrimp, with growing demand worldwide causing supply chain and farming constraints, plateauing wild fish stocks, and increased climate change impacts. The ISH Company's salmon product provides a clean alternative without harming the delicate marine ecosystem. The carbon footprint of Salmonish burgers is 5.6 times lower than traditional salmon and 44.9 times lower than beef.

The ISH Company's innovative products are the perfect solution for people who want to continue eating their favorite foods without sacrificing their values. "We’re committed to providing delicious and healthier options for consumers while reducing our impact on the environment," said Fleming.

Vegan and animal rights activists are applauding The ISH Company for creating a sustainable alternative to traditional seafood. "It's exciting to see companies like The ISH Company innovate and offer more sustainable alternatives to our favorite foods," said animal rights activist Jane Smith. "The demand for plant-based options is growing, and The ISH Company's products show that it's possible to have delicious, satisfying meals that don't harm the environment or animals."

In addition to being good for the environment and animals, Salmonish burgers are also packed with nutrients. Each serving provides 14 grams of protein and 300 milligrams of omega-3 fatty acids, making them a great option for people who are looking for healthy, plant-based alternatives to traditional salmon burgers.

Salmonish burgers are available through a distribution deal with Dot Foods, making them accessible to people across the United States. With the success of Salmonish burgers and other innovative plant-based seafood products, The ISH Company is leading the way in creating a more sustainable and compassionate food system.
