The Jecca Blac studio soon established itself within the local trans community as the go-to space for private makeup lessons.

Jessica offered a judgement free setting where clients could gain makeup knowledge, giving them the confidence to present as themselves. She then provided voluntary makeup lessons to trans prisoners completing their sentence in Parc Prison in Wales - an all-male category B prison.

Jessica was inspired by her clients to

launch Jecca Blac to become a makeup brand that celebrates all makeup wearers.
